Nazli founded ZENDEH in 2004. ZENDEH is a Farsi word meaning ALIVE. We invite you to Listen, Breathe, Transform. ZENDEH is proud to be part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio of Organisations.

ZENDEH creates beautiful, poetic and enchanting theatre that delights and inspires across borders.  Through our work we explore hidden histories and modern identities; finding the compelling and epic in ordinary stories and crafting culturally eclectic productions. Our artistic practice is always collaborative; working with artists and the wider public, combining art forms and using digital technologies to continually find imaginative ways to share stories and find human connections.
