Azita Arasteh is an Iranian-Amrican artist born in Iran, and lives in loisiana since 1998. She received her degrees in Associate of Science in Accounting, Associate of Art in Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Arts and Humanities from Baton Rouge Community College and Southern University respectively. And she is pursuing her master degree in studio art at University of New Orleans. She is involved in professional career development by participating in many art exhibitions including Mid City Art and Design District, Baton Rouge 2008, Derrissi Gallery San Diego 2006, and Art work Presentation New Orleans 2003. She teaches art classes in oil painting, watercolor, drawing and ceramic.
